Seats are available for our August 17, 2021 Crisis Intervention Course.

(CIT) is a training program designed to help law enforcement officers manage potential crisis situations with individuals with mental illness within the community. The course focuses on specific mental illnesses, de-escalation skills, community resources, in addition to other various mental health related issues.

CIT is a partnership between the Sheriff’s Department and Riverside University Health System, Behavioral Health.
