On February 25, 2020, we received a report of an at-risk missing person, last seen in 1700 block of Arnold Drive, located in the unincorporated area of Riverside. The investigation revealed Phillip Tate, 68 years-old, voluntarily left the aforementioned location on February 25, 2020, about 5:15 p.m. on foot.

Mr. Tate is described as a Caucasian male, six feet tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes. Mr. Tate was last seen wearing a green shirt, and a pair of khaki pants. Mr. Tate’s family has reported that he suffers from dementia.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department’s ground units were used to search for Mr. Tate, but he was not located. The search is continuing. The California Highway Patrol was contacted, and a Silver Alert was activated. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Tate is urged to call the Perris Station at 951-210-1000, or the Riverside Sheriff’s Dispatch at 951-776-1099.
