Details: 

During the early morning hours of November 16th, 2019 the 77 year old victim in this case was robbed of her jewelry and personal items outside the front of her residence after returning home from gambling at one of the Coachella Valley Casino’s. Investigators from the Thermal Station assumed the investigation and were able to identify the suspect responsible for committing the robbery, Joseph Perry Johnson, 41 years old of Louisiana. On December 24th, 2019 Johnson was located at a residence in the city of Indio and arrested. Johnson was later booked at the Indio Jail for Robbery and Elder Abuse.
