In the month of November 2022, Lake Elsinore Station Special Enforcement Team conducted quality of life operations in the city of Lake Elsinore at Lowe’s and Home Depot in the city.
Deputies coordinated with Loss Prevention officers assigned to each of the stores to combat theft and improve the quality of life of those who shop, frequent, and reside in the area.
On November 2, 2022, nine suspects were arrested for various charges including shoplifting, conspiracy, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, sales of narcotics, false ID to a peace officer, and outstanding warrants. The suspects were identified as Desiree Bernardi (33, Menifee), James Johnson (33, Menifee), Jennifer Russell (40, Aguanga), Christian Vazquez (32, Moreno Valley), Rebecca Tilton (35, San Diego), Holly Wright (44, Perris), Raylynn McCloud (31, Riverside), Michael Rodriguez (35, Riverside), and Dustin Dalessio (34, Corona). All suspects were transported and booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
On November 10, 2022, six suspects were arrested for various charges including burglary, shoplifting, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and outstanding warrants. The suspects were identified as Sebastian Niebla (22, Lake Elsinore), Ciara Tweedy (34, Lake Elsinore), Trenton Fisher (29, Corona), Steven Segura (38, Corona), Earle Mousaw (48, Lake Elsinore), and Shannon Reden (42, Lake Elsinore). Five suspects were transported and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center and one suspect was released with a citation.
