Details: On October 27, 2019, about 0114 hours, deputies from the Perris Station responded to the 21900 block of Cedar Street, in Mead Valley, to assist Riverside County Fire with a residential fire investigation. Riverside County Fire was at the location with 29-year-old Arturo Gutierrez, who was suffering from severe burns to his upper body. Deputies responded to the location and found a butane honey oil lab on the property. They also located approximately 501 marijuana plants and 67.5 pounds of processed marijuana. All contraband located on the property was confiscated. Due to Gutierrez’s injuries, charges will be filed with the District Attorney's Office out of custody.
