On September 4, 2022, about 3:05 AM, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Colorado River Station responded to a shooting at the 10800 block of Seeley Avenue, in the unincorporated area of Blythe. Upon arrival, deputies located a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, but is expected to survive after undergoing surgery. Multiple witnesses were interviewed at the scene. Investigators from the Colorado River Station responded and assumed the investigation.
