On Sunday, October 6, 2019, at 1906 hours, deputies from Perris Station responded to a shooting at a residence on the 27000 block of Lemon Avenue, in the unincorporated area of Perris. Deputies arrived at the scene and located a deceased adult male who was the apparent victim of a shooting. The location was deemed an illegal marijuana cultivation site. Investigators from the Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit and Perris Station responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. This is an active investigation and no further information will be released at this time.
