Details:

On Saturday, February 27, 2021, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department and the Cannabis Regulation Task Force served narcotic related search warrants at nine separate residences located in the cities of Hemet and San Jacinto.

These search warrants were the result of a long-term investigation regarding a drug trafficking organization operating in the area. During the service of the search warrants 8,736 marijuana plants, 700 pounds of processed marijuana, four firearms, and $64,000 in cash were located and seized. It was also discovered that seven of the residences had been converted into illegal marijuana cultivation operations. The electrical meters at those seven residences had been bypassed to steal electricity from Southern California Edison to run their illegal operation. Per Southern California Edison preliminary estimates puts the amount of stolen electricity over $100,000.

The following subjects were arrested during the service of the search warrants for various criminal charges:

  • 41 year old Norwalk resident Sandra Macias
  • 31 year old Hemet resident David Barrera
  • 24 year old San Jacinto resident Sal Nolasco
  • 33 year old San Jacinto resident Mariela Del Billar

  • 35 year old San Jacinto resident Noe Lopez
  • 41 year old Hemet resident Luis Gomez
