On Friday, December 4, 2020, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department served a narcotic related search warrant in the 1700 block of Villines Avenue, in the City of San Jacinto. During the service of the search warrant it was discovered the residence had been converted into an illegal marijuana cultivation operation. Th electrical meter at the residence had been bypassed, so the residents were able to steal electricity from Southern California Edison to run their illegal operation. Per Southern California Edison, preliminary estimate put the theft of electricity over an extended period of time to be over $50,000. Six rooms inside the residence had been converted into rooms to specifically grow marijuana. 875 marijuana plants were seized and submitted for destruction. Three firearms were located inside a concealed closet, including one rifle, one shotgun and one handgun. The following subject was located inside the residence and arrested for marijuana cultivation:
