Details:
On Wednesday, November 12th, 2020, at 8:15 P.M., members of the Moreno Valley Station’s Special Enforcement Team conducted a traffic stop in the 12000 block of Perris Boulevard, in the city of Moreno Valley. Deputies contacted, Quincy Munir, a 24-year-old resident of Moreno Valley. Munir gave deputies consent to search his vehicle. A subsequent search of Munir’s vehicle revealed a loaded semi-automatic handgun inside of the vehicle.
Munir was taken into custody and charged with being in Possession of a Concealed Firearm in a Vehicle and Possession of an Unregistered Firearm. Munir was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center.
