On Thursday, September 24, 2020, deputies from the Perris Station Special Enforcement Team conducted additional investigation regarding a commercial vandalism that occurred in the 16000 block of Van Buren Boulevard, Woodcrest. During the investigation, deputies suspected 27-year-old Damion Silvas of Woodcrest, of committing the vandalism.
On Tuesday, September 29, 2020, deputies received information regarding a wanted felon near the 16000 block of Quarter Horse Road, Woodcrest. Deputies arrived and located Silvas. Silvas was arrested for felony vandalism and violation of probation. He was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
