On Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, The Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force (RCAHT) assumed an investigation regarding two runaway juveniles.  On Saturday, August 29, 2020, Zulema Rubi Amezcua-Delval, 14 years, and Julissa Garcia, 15 years, ran away from their home from the city San Jacinto, California. It is believed that Zulema and Julissa may be in the cities of Coachella, Indio and San Jacinto area.  RCAHT and deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department are actively searching for Zulema and Julissa and requesting the public’s help locating them. 

The Riverside County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force is asking anyone with additional information to contact RCAHT Task Force Deputy Ernestina Contreras at (760) 836-1600 or call anonymously at (760) 341-STOP (7867) and reference incident # I20 242 0065.
