Details:

On Saturday, August 22, 2020, at 3:45 AM, La Quinta deputies responded to the 47000 block of Dune Palms Road for a report of shots fired. Both Hispanic female juvenile victims, ages 14 and 15, were shot at by a 16-year-old Hispanic male juvenile from a dark colored sedan, the weapon used was a semi-automatic handgun. The suspect fled the scene before deputies arrived. No one was injured as a result of this shooting.
