It is with deep sorrow to confirm that the cadet was ABC Agent Cecil Kidd.  Agent Kidd was hired by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control on July 28, 2020.  He was 26 years old and lived in Moreno Valley.  Agent Kidd will be remembered by his colleagues for his caring nature, bright smile, and delightful personality.  ABC is heartbroken over the passing of Agent Kidd, and the flags at ABC Headquarters are at half-staff to honor him.
