On Wednesday, August 5, 2020, about 5:00 PM., the San Jacinto Special Enforcement Team (SET) arrested Angel Guerrero, 43-years-old of San Jacinto, for an Arrest Warrant for Parole Violation and searched a residence at the 100 block of Sheriff Avenue. Guerrero, who was on active Parole for assault with a deadly weapon and manufacturing a controlled substance, was arrested without incident. Deputies located one assault rifle and two handguns during the search. One of the pistols was reported stolen out of Montana, and the assault rifle appeared to be a “Ghost Gun” because it did not have a serial number.
Guerrero was subsequently booked into Smith Correctional Facility for the warrant and other charges related to the incident. Anyone with information on this case is encouraged to contact Deputy Marshall at the San Jacinto Sheriff’s station by calling (951) 654-2702.
