Details:
On July 4, 2020, about 9:35 P.M., deputies from the Lake Elsinore Station were dispatched to the 29000 Block of Fig Way, in the City of Lake Elsinore, County of Riverside, in reference to a shots fired call. It was reported a White male adult, approximately 6’ tall, bald, and multiple tattoos was shooting a handgun into the air and then into the ground. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Brian Bak 44-year-old, out of Lake Elsinore. Deputies detained the suspect and conducted a safety sweep of the property. A female was located inside the residence. Both subjects were detained, and a search warrant was written and served at the residence. During the search deputies located a weapon and evidence of shots being fired. Bak was arrested and subsequently transported to Cois Byrd Detention Center.
