Update:
On Wednesday, April 29, 2020, investigators were able to identify and arrest the person responsible for the murder of Kingston Watson. Omar De Los Rios, 18 years old out of Jurupa was booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center for murder.
Details:
On Saturday, April 18, 2020, at 3:53 PM, deputies from the Jurupa Valley Station responded to a call of an assault with a deadly weapon call in the 4000 Block of Riverview Dr. in Jurupa Valley. Upon arrival they located a male adult suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he received treatment for the gunshot wound. The victim remained in intensive care until he was pronounced deceased on Monday, April 20, 2020. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation. The victim was identified as Kingston Watson, 22 years old out of Jurupa.
