On Wednesday, April 8, 2020, the Lake Elsinore Station Investigations Bureau was conducting monthly sex registrant compliance checks. The audit revealed 34-year-old Henry Leonard Williams was possibly not in compliance with his registration requirements. Williams last registered in the city of Rialto in November 2019 but was believed to be residing in Riverside County.
On Thursday, April 9, 2020, Investigators responded to a residence in the 25000 block of Coral Canyon Road, in Temescal Valley. Williams had established residency at the location and failed to register this address within 5 days of moving, pursuant to 290 PC. Henry Williams was arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center.
