Carlos Nieves

On Tuesday, December 03, 2019, at 6:25 PM, the La Quinta Special Enforcement Team conducted a follow-up investigation in the 53800 block of Avenida Rubio and took Carlos Nieves, 52-years-old of La Quinta into custody. The follow-up investigation stemmed from a theft related search warrant served by the team on November 19, 2019. The follow-up investigation revealed Nieves, a convicted felon, was in possession of ammunition and 4 grams of methamphetamine, which are both violations of his probation. Nieves was booked at the county jail in Indio.

The La Quinta Special Enforcement Team is asking anyone with additional information to contact Deputy Preciado at the Thermal Sheriff’s Station by calling (760)-863-8990.
