On Wednesday, November 15, 2017, officers assigned to the Perris Special Enforcement Team conducted pro-active saturation patrol around retail businesses along North Perris Boulevard in the city of Perris.  Seven male adults and three female adults were arrested and booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center or the Robert Presley Detention Center for the following charges:

  • Ralph Egbert Baroth, 48-year-old of Perris – possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia
  • Nadia Marie Benavente, 36-year-old of Perris – felony warrant
  • Juan Carlos Betancourt, 31-year-old of Perris – petty theft
  • Jessika Lee Black, 38-year-old of Moreno Valley – felon in possession of pepper spray, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation
  • Dane Brueggeman, 32-year-old of Menifee – petty theft and violation of probation
  • Adam Lawrence Diebolt, 31-year-old of Menifee – petty theft and violation of probation
  • Victor Alcala Flores, 33-year-old of Perris – cycling under the influence and resist arrest
  • Jesus Gomez Jr., 45-year-old of Perris – felony warrant
  • Alvaro Cortez Solorio, 35-year-old of Perris – possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia
  • Aubrey Mae Viera, 24-year-old of Perris – sales of methamphetamine
