Details:

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, in conjunction with the City of Perris, is pleased to announce the annual National Night Out event on Tuesday, August 6th. This year’s event will be held in different communities throughout the City of Perris from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

National Night out is a campaign to promote police community partnerships. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department recognizes the police are only as strong and effective as their community partnerships.  Our goals this year are to show our communities the many resources we use in their service, to interact in an environment free of the distractions that characterize many duty related encounters, to teach crime prevention strategies, and to recruit volunteers for our many public service opportunities.  Come out and get to know your neighbors and the members of your Sheriff’s Department serving the City of Perris.

For questions about the event, please contact Deputy Crawford of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Perris Station at (951) 210-1132.
