Details:
Between December 16, 2008, and December 20, 2009, the Perris Police Department received four reports of sexual batteries in the City of Perris. The reports indicated that as the suspect rode his BMX or mountain-bike past Hispanic female pedestrians (ages 13 to 31), he either grabbed or slapped their buttocks. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between the age of 25 and 35, between 5’05” and 5’11” tall, 130 to 170 pounds, wearing a black hat, black sweatshirt and dark pants.
