Details:

On November 5, 2009, about 4:00 PM, a deputy from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Perris Station responded to the 21500 block of Mack Street, in Mead Valley regarding a report of burglary.

During the investigation,the Sheriff's deputy and a forensics technician collected evidence, including fingerprints believed left by the suspect during the crime. The fingerprints were sent to the regional CAL-ID laboratory for analysis.

Subsequently the fingerprints were identified as belonging to George Garduno, 19 years of age, of Mead Valley. On 01/08/2010, investigators from the Perris Station contacted Garduno and interviewed him. During questioning, it was determined that Garduno was responsible for the burglary on Mack Street. It was also learned he was responsible for two other burglaries in Mead Valley and one in the City of Perris occurring between December 2008 and December 2009. One of the burglaries occurring in Mead Valley was previously unreported to law enforcement. Garduno was arrested, booked, and charged with four counts of residential burglary.
