On Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 10:28 AM, the Palm Desert Station Burglary Suppression Unit (BSU) and Deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff Department responded to the area of Thousand Palms Canyon Road north of Ramon Road, Thousand Palms regarding a suspicious vehicle in the area.  The Palm Desert Station Burglary Suppression Unit located a vehicle matching the description. Deputies conducted a traffic enforcement stop at Desert Moon Drive north of Ramon Road, Thousand Palms.  Palm Desert Station deputies with the assistance of the Burglary Suppression Unit arrested Aaron Raei, 35 of Thousand Palms, for violation of probation and possession of burglary tools. Raei was transported to the Riverside County Jail in Indio.

The Riverside County Sheriff Department is asking anyone with additional information to contact Deputy Barker at (760) 836-1600 or call anonymously at (760) 341-STOP (7867) and reference incident # O20 014 0009.
