Tyler Ussery

On August 5, 2019, around 11:15 pm, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Palm Desert Station responded to a reported single vehicle traffic collision within the 77000 block of California Street, Palm Desert. The investigation later determined a white Toyota sedan, driven by a Tyler Ussery, age 18 of Palm Desert, lost control of his vehicle and struck a parked vehicle at the location. Tyler Ussery was found to have been operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs. After being medically cleared at a local hospital, Tyler Ussery was booked into the Riverside County Jail in Indio for driving under the influence.

The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact, Deputy Jeffrey Creiglow from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Palm Desert Station at 760-836-1600, or Crime Stoppers at 760-341-STOP (7867). The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department urges all drivers not to drink and drive.
