On January 10, 2019, Palm Desert Station’s Business District Team and Special Enforcement Team investigated multiple burglaries committed at local fitness gym’s. The investigation revealed the suspect(s) accessed the fitness gym’s during business hours portraying as member of the gym. The suspect(s) entered the female locker rooms, cut the locks, stole property from inside, and stole property from the victim’s vehicle’s. The suspect(s) would then use the victims credit cards and checks at local businesses within the area.

Victoria Gonzalez Crystal Jant

Through the investigation, Crystal Jant, WFA, 36 years old of Banning, Victoria Gonzalez, HFA, 32 years old of Banning, and Randy Stalling, HMA, 51 years old of Banning, were identified as the suspects in the burglaries. They were also identified as suspects in similar crimes in the cities of Riverside, Temecula and San Bernardino County.  A search warrant was authored for the search of a residence located in the 500 block of 5th St., Banning. Crystal Jant, Victoria Gonzalez, and Randy Stalling were arrested for burglary, identity theft, and possession of illegal controlled substance and were transported and booked into the Larry Smith Correctional Facility.
