On Friday January 22, 2010 deputies from the Palm Desert Sheriff’s Station responded to the 15500 block of Avenida Manzana in the unincorporated area of Riverside County known as South Desert Hot Springs reference multiple victims robbed at gunpoint at the location.
Upon arrival deputies learned two suspects armed with firearms approached the victims and robbed them at gunpoint. None of the victims were injured during the crime. The suspects left the area on foot. Deputies searched the area and did not locate the suspects.
The first suspect was described as a Hispanic male, early 20’s, 5’4” tall, and a thin build. The suspect was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black bandanna covering his face. The second suspect was described as a Hispanic male, mid 20’s, 6’ tall, and a thin build. The second suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and had a bandanna covering his face.
The investigation is ongoing.
