On September 4, 2018, deputies from the Moreno Valley Station responded to a report of a sexual battery occurring at a chiropractor’s office in the 23000 block of Alessandro Boulevard in the city of Moreno Valley.  Investigators assumed the investigation, however, were unable to develop sufficient evidence to seek prosecution.  On July 25, 2019, deputies from the Moreno Valley Station responded to a report of a sexual battery occurring at the same chiropractic office.  During the second investigation sufficient evidence was established to arrest Dr. Sam Khumooro, a 52-year-old resident of Eastvale.  Dr. Khumooro was booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center for sexual battery with a bail of $5000.

Investigators from the Moreno Valley Station believe these are not isolated incidents and are seeking the assistance of the public.  If you believe you are a victim or have information which may assist in this investigation, please contact Investigator Pentel at (951) 486-6793.
