Details:

On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Moreno Valley Police Traffic Team will have several intersections closed for a multi-agency mass casualty training incident in preparation for the upcoming March Centennial Air Show.  A heavy presence of emergency vehicle traffic will be in the area to include, fire personnel, ambulance personnel, and military personnel.  The training exercise will assess the air station’s initial response, emergency incident management, activation of emergency personnel, and operations for a multi-disciplinary operation of several agencies working cohesively together during a mass casualty plan in the event of a down aircraft.

The following intersections will be closed:   

Perris Boulevard at Rivard Road
Perris Boulevard at San Michele Road
Indian Street at San Michele Road

During the closure, it is suggested to use alternate routes such as Nandina Avenue to the south of the closure and Iris Avenue to the north of the closure.
