On Sunday, August 4, 2019, at approximately 4:13 AM, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s
station responded to a reported call of subjects taking items from a residence in the area of
Athea Way X Willow Bay, in the city of Wildomar.

Deputies arrived and located forced entry into the residence and several items stolen.  During
their investigation deputies were able to identify possible suspects.  On August 4, 2019, at
approximately 5:00 AM, deputies contacted the suspects at a residence in the area of Dunn Street
and Central Avenue, in the city of Wildomar and were able to retrieve the stolen items.

Based on the investigation, James Earl Roberts, 53, a resident of Wildomar and Nicholas James
, 26, also a resident of Wildomar, were arrested and booked into Cois Byrd Detention
