On July 2, 2019, about 11:00 am, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Station’s Problem Oriented Policing Team (POP) served a narcotics related search warrant in the 26000 block of Lightfoot Drive, in the unincorporated area of Corona.  During the service of the search warrant, deputies located 11 pounds of ecstasy, and additional items indicative with possession for sales.  Bruce Bounmy Tran Jr, a 25-year-old resident of the unincorporated area of Corona, was arrested for possession of narcotics for sales.  Tran Jr. was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for the above listed charges.

This is an ongoing investigation, and anyone with further information is asked to contact Deputy Talbott at (951) 245-3300.
