In July 2019, Lake Elsinore Station received a “We Tip” regarding an adult male who was possibly receiving and distributing child pornography.  An extensive investigation was launched into the anonymous report and cultivated into an investigation into Lewd and Lascivious Acts involving three female juvenile victims.  Due to the sensitive nature of this incident, investigators assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station were contacted to assist with the investigation.

The investigation revealed, Morgan Fowler, a 29-year-old resident of Lake Elsinore, had an inappropriate sexual relationship with three female juveniles, ranging in age from 14-years-old to 17-years-old.  These relationships were initiated over the past four years.  On Thursday, August 1, 2019, based on the information gathered during the on-going investigation, Fowler was arrested in the area of Clinton Keith Road and Arya Road in the city of Wildomar.  A search warrant was authored and approved for Fowler’s residence in the 19000 block of White Birch in the city of Lake Elsinore, which supported claims made by the juvenile victims.

Fowler was booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center on numerous counts of felony sexual assault against minors and is being held on an one-million-dollar bail.
