On Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at approximately 2:30 AM, deputies from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s station responded to a suspicious vehicle call for service in the area of Rhinestone Court and Arnett Road, in the city of Wildomar. 

Deputies arrived and located an occupied UHAUL truck with Arizona license plates that returned stolen out of the city of Menifee. The driver of the UHAUL, David Finley, age 24, a transient who frequents the city of Lake Elsinore area, was taken into custody without further incident.

Finley was arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle.  Finley was booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center.
