On January 04, 2010, at 1700 hours, Sheriff’s investigators from the Lake Elsinore Station were conducting a parole check at the 21000 block of Herbert Street in the unincorporated area of Perris, CA. While conducting this parole check, a male, who was later identified as the suspect, Dan Dalton, age 25, of Perris, CA, escaped from a bedroom window and fled the location on foot in the nude. During an area check for the suspect, Sheriff’s investigators were unable to locate the suspect.
During the parole check at the residence, Sheriff’s investigators located miscellaneous stolen items along with a stolen vehicle on the premise.
