On Thursday, August 8, 2019, about 4:55 p.m., a student was walking home from school in the area of Indiana Avenue and November Drive, in the unincorporated area of Riverside County known as Home Gardens.
A Hispanic male adult stopped his vehicle alongside the student and made a statement in Spanish, which the student did not understand. As the student peered into the vehicle, the student noticed the subject holding his genitals in one hand, while his other hand motioned for the student to step closer to his vehicle.
The student immediately ran away from the location in the direction of November Drive and Mayflower Court. The student noticed the vehicle was no longer in the area and could not provide the subject’s last known direction of travel. Due to the delayed reporting of the incident deputies were unable to conduct a search of the area for the subject.
The subject was described as a 40-45-year-old Hispanic male adult with dark hair and stubbly mustache. He was wearing a gray t-shirt shirt and black work pants. He did not have a weapon.
The subject’s vehicle was described as a black 4-door sedan with the windows rolled down, no further description.
