On Monday, August 05, 2019, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department-Norco Station’s Special Enforcement Team contacted two adult males inside of a vehicle located in the parking lot of the Lowes Home Improvement Store in the City of Jurupa Valley.  The males identified as Joseph Michael Mango (34 years) and Mario Manuel Rios (44 years), both residents of Riverside, were persons of interest in the theft of back flow valves within the City of Norco. A search warrant was authored and executed for Mango’s vehicle. Several evidentiary items were located inside the vehicle. Joseph Michael Mango was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for Grand Theft, Vandalism, and Possession of Methamphetamine. Mario Manuel Rios was booked on an unrelated outstanding Felony Warrant for Vandalism.
