On Wednesday, May 15, 2019 the Jurupa Valley Police Department’s Traffic Division conducted a zero-tolerance operation as part of its commitment to public safety. This operation was one of many that has been conducted throughout this year. This operation was conducted at numerous locations in the city of Jurupa Valley where injury collisions have occurred. The purpose of this operation was to slow motorists and bring public awareness to the danger of violating traffic laws. The operation was conducted from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Results:

  • 34 citations were issued to drivers for traffic violations
  • 3 vehicles were towed
  • 3 warrants were served
  • 1 arrest made
