Andrew Cisneros

On Monday, March 25, 2019, a deputy assigned to the Jurupa Valley Police Department responded to a residence located in the 3800 block of Crestmore Road in the City of Jurupa Valley regarding the theft of a dog. The deputy contacted the victim and learned the victim’s pug named “Andrew” was stolen from inside her fenced yard. The suspect was captured on video surveillance and was believed to be employed by a telecommunications company. Andrew the pug was recovered and given back to the victim.  

Investigators assigned to the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station assumed the investigation. The suspect was ultimately identified as Andrew Cisneros, a 21-year-old resident of Perris. On Tuesday, April 16, 2019, Cisneros was taken into custody and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for 487(e) of the California Penal Code (Theft of a Dog).
