Details:

On January 18, 2018, at 9:45 AM, deputies from the Jurupa Valley Special Enforcement Team, along with deputies for patrol operations, served a search warrant in the 6300 block of Brookdale Avenue, in the city of Jurupa Valley, regarding an investigation of possible illegal cultivation of marijuana. Deputies located 389 marijuana plants in various stages of growth, as well as over three hundred marijuana plants being processed for the purpose of sales. The following five suspects were arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center:

  1. Jia He, 35-year-old resident of Monterey Park
  2. Zhang Tao, 36-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley
  3. Facai Li, 62-year-old resident of El Monte
  4. Chen Ling, 62-year-old resident of El Monte
  5. Lian Fang, 52-year-old resident of El Monte
