Bryce Auten

Investigators from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department have been working a series of bank robberies that have been occurring throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.  On December 18, 2017, with the assistance of our allied law enforcement agency partners, investigators identified the suspect as Bryce Auten, 31 of Lake Arrowhead.  With the assistance of the Fontana Police Department, Auten was arrested in the 200 block of Cold Creek in Lake Arrowhead. 

Auten was arrested for several counts of robbery, and booked into West Valley Detention Center in San Bernardino County.  Auten is suspected of committing bank robberies in the cities of Eastvale, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Jurupa Valley, Riverside, Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana throughout the months of November and December 2017.

Investigators from the above-mentioned jurisdictions have been working in cooperation to solve this series of bank robberies.  The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department would like to thank all of our allied law enforcement partners for their assistance in this investigation.  Anyone with additional information is urged to call Riverside County Sheriff’s dispatch at (951) 776-1099, or the Jurupa Valley Station at (951) 955-2600.
