Jason Huskey File Number: LA100160007 View Larger Map Details: On Saturday January 16, 2010, at 0509 hours officers from the City of La Quinta Police Department responded the 53000 block of Avenue 54 east of Jefferson St. in reference to a call of a "man down". Officers arrived and found a Hispanic male in his early 20's partially in the roadway, deceased. The Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation with the assistance of the La Quinta Police Department. The victim's identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The exact nature of the victim's injuries are unknown at this time. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning. This case is being investigated as a homicide.
