On Sunday, May 05, 2019, about 4:20 PM, members of the Region-7 Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation at a local motel in the 6000 Block of Valley Way in Jurupa Valley. Task force officers contacted the driver, identified as 41-year-old Compton resident, Sandra Veronica Partida. It was determined Partida was driving on an expired license and had two felony drug sale and transportation warrants out of Los Angeles County. Partida was also identified as being an associate to a criminal street gang. Partida was additionally found to be in possession of ¼ pound of methamphetamine.
Partida was later booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for the following charges:
- Two felony Los Angeles County drug sale and transportation warrants.
- Transportation and sales of methamphetamine.
- Driving on an expired driver’s license.

The Region 7 Gang Task Force is one of five teams composing the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force, which is a collaborative effort of 25 law enforcement agencies with the goal of combating criminal street gangs throughout Riverside County.
The Region 7 Gang Task Force is composed of members from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, California Highway Patrol and Riverside County Probation Department.
