On Thursday, February 1, 2018, at approximately 4:00 PM, members of the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force Officers (CVVCGTF), conducted a probation compliance check of a gang members residence located in the 52100 block of Avenida Rubio, in the city of La Quinta. During the compliance check a rifle was confiscated.

27-year-old, La Quinta resident, Jonah Robison, was arrested and for violation of his parole, and 32-year-old, La Quinta resident, Michael Acordi, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm at the La Quinta residence. During the compliance check CVVCGTF members obtained information regarding another documented gang member who is an associate of Robison and Acardi. CVVCGTF members conducted a probation compliance check at a residence located on the 500 block of Rosa Parks Road, located within the city of Palm Springs and 23-year-old, Palm Springs resident Keegan Saenz, was arrested for violation of his parole. All three suspects were booked into the Riverside County Jail, located in the city of Indio.
