Details:

On Tuesday, January 9, 2018, members of the San Gorgonio Special Operations Gang Task Force assisted by Central P.A.C.T. and Beaumont Police Department served a search warrant in the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue in the city of Beaumont.  As a result of the search warrant, methamphetamines, stolen property, drug paraphernalia, a firearm, and evidence of an identity theft operation were located at the residence.  The following individuals were arrested and booked at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility:

  • 26-year-old Jason Chin Pagalaran of Orange County:  530.5(c)3 PC (Identify Theft), 476 PC (Possession of Fictitious Checks), 496 PC (Receiving Stolen Property), 1203.2 PC (Violation of Probation), 148.9 PC (Providing False Identification to Peace Officer), 667.5 PC (Career Criminal) and several misdemeanor warrants.
  • 37-old-old Tommy Dellia of Orange County:  11378 HS (Methamphetamines for Sales), 470(b) PC (Possession of Fake Identification Card) and a felony warrant
  • 32-year-old John Harding of Beaumont:  11378 HS (Methamphetamines for Sales)
  • 23-year-old Adam Jarrod Knustmason of Beaumont:  21310 PC (Possession of Concealed Weapon)
  • 52-year-old Sonny Boy Garcia of Beaumont:  21810 PC (Possession of Prohibited Weapon) and 11377 HS (Possession of Methamphetamines)

This is an ongoing investigation being conducted in coordination with the San Gorgonio Special Operations Gang Task Force and the Beaumont Police Department.  Anyone with additional information regarding this investigation is encouraged to contact Detective Casey from the San Gorgonio Regional Gang Task Force at (951) 849-1181 or the Beaumont Police Department at (951) 769-8500.

The San Gorgonio Special Operations Gang Task Force is one of eight teams composing the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force, which is a collaborative effort of 25 law enforcement agencies with the goal of combating criminal street gangs. The San Gorgonio Special Operations team is staffed with members of the Banning Police Department, Beaumont Police Department, Riverside County Probation Department and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
