On Wednesday, November 29, 2017, about 3:39 PM, members of the Region 7, Regional Gang Task Force contacted a Hispanic male at a residence in the 10000 block of 54th Street in Jurupa Valley. Task force officers conducted a search of the Hispanic male’s trailer and located over ½ pound of methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin. Task force officers also located a loaded firearm, ammunition and other items indicative of illegal narcotic sales. The Hispanic male was identified as 32 year-old Jurupa Valley resident, Jose De Jesus Muro-Romero. He was booked into custody at the Robert Presley Detention Center for the following charges:
Possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin while armed with a loaded firearm
Possession of methamphetamine for sales
Possession of cocaine for sales
Possession of heroin for sales
Jose De Jesus Muro-Romero
Items indicative of illegal narcotic sales
