The Desert Hills Premium Outlets stores in Cabazon began having a series of “grab and go” thefts of merchandise from several stores, beginning in early December 2018. Through video surveillance, it was determined the thefts were committed by the same suspect.

The Cabazon Station’s Investigations Bureau began conducting follow-up and was able to identify the suspect as Raven Danielle Walker, a resident of San Bernardino.  Walker sometimes used juveniles to assist her with the thefts. On Saturday, May 25, 2019, at approximately 2 P.M, a search warrant related to these investigations was served at a residence in the 1450 block of Date Street, in the city of San Bernardino.  Evidentiary items related to the crimes were located in the residence.

Walker was at the location. She was arrested and booked into the Larry Smith Correctional Facility for seven counts of commercial burglary, seven counts of conspiracy and seven counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors.
