Details:

On October 29, 2009, Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the address of 3900 block of Cayman Court, Murrieta, in reference to a trespass call. Deputies had previously responded to the location on 10/15/09 for an eviction and again on 10/22/09 in reference to a trespass call. On 10/22/09, Rodney Belle Sr. was taken into custody for resisting, obstructing and delaying and investigation. Based on evidence obtained, an investigation was opened in relation to possible real estate fraud.

Upon arrival on today's date, Deputy Robert Anderson and Sgt. Fortney made contact with a subject inside the home identified as Rodney Belle Jr. Rodney Jr. was on the phone with Rodney Sr., his father. At the direction of Rodney Sr., Rodney Jr. refused to comply with orders from deputies on scene and locked himself inside the home. Investigators from the Southwest Station arrived on scene to assist in relation to their previous involvement into the prior incidents at the location and the real estate fraud allegation. At approximately 1150 hours, after about 1 hour and 45 minutes of negotiations, on-scene deputies forced entry into the home.

Located inside the home and taken into custody were 19-year-old Rodney Belle Jr.; 18-year-old Ryan S. Spencer; and 19-year-old Rosette Garcia.

Located outside the home and taken into custody was 51-year-old Mary M. Boucham. (AKA. Mary Willis).

At approximately 1300 hours, 61-year-old Rodney Belle Sr. arrived at the Southwest Station and was taken into custody for his involvement in the matter. The above-listed subjects were booked at the Southwest Detention Center and Robert Presley Detention Center for charges including: 459 P.C. (Burglary); 148 P.C. (Resisting); 602 P.C. (Trespass); and 182 P.C. (Conspiracy); Based on items located at the scene, there may be additional victims not yet identified.
