Details:
On October 24, 2009, at 8:17 pm, deputies from Jurupa Valley Station responded to the Circle Inn Motel located at 9220 Granite Hill Dr. in Glen Avon reference a past sexual assault of a child. Deputies learned the victim was sexually assaulted earlier that day.
Deputies and investigators initiated an extensive investigation. During the course of the investigation, three search warrants were obtained and served.
The suspect was identified as Luis Humberto Renderos, 59, of Ontario. Renderos was located in the 5100 block of Etiwanda Ave. in Mira Loma and was taken into custody without incident. Renderos was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for 288 PC, 261 PC, 207 PC, 286 PC, 269 PC, 422 PC, and 236 PC.
