On Friday, October 23rd, 2009 at approximately 0700 hours, three juveniles were walking to a school bus stop located in the 21000 block of Lemon Street in the City Wildomar. When the three juveniles reached the corner of Orchard and Lime Street, they saw a white male adult standing next to a mid-2000 to 2009 black 4-door compact vehicle exposing himself to them at the location. The juveniles continued walking to the bus stop and the white male drove away in the opposite direction on Lime Street. The juveniles notified school officials who in turn called law enforcement.
The suspect was described as a white male adult in his twenties with a thin build and black hair. The description of the suspect and vehicle matches three other incidents that occurred on September 24th, September 30th and October 14th in the Wildomar and Lake Elsinore areas not far from this occurrence. Lake Elsinore Unified School District Officials were notified of the incident.
