Michael LaValley, 53 Details:
In October 2009, the Menifee Police Department received information that Michael LaValley (age 53 of Menifee) had distributed a CD containing photos of young children being posed in a sexually explicit manner and engaging in sexual activities. Deputies confiscated the CD and prepared a search warrant for LaValley’s residence, located in a trailer in the 27200 block of Murrieta Rd, city of Menifee. On October 28, 2009, about 7:00 AM, Menifee detectives executed the warrant. LaValley was home at the time and taken into custody without incident. LaValley’s computer, as well as other digital media were seized for forensic analysis.
LaValley was booked for possessing (311.2 PC) and distributing child pornography with a prior conviction (311.11(b) PC), both felonies. If anyone has information regarding this investigation, they are encouraged to contact Deputy Jake Adams, at the Menifee Police Department, at (951) 210-1052.
